50% Of Women Are Turned Off By This One Thing In A Guy’s ApartmentiStock
When you go home with a guy and things are getting hot and heavy, what’s one thing that might shut things down before they truly get started? Sure, there’s the obvious stuff like the dude getting weird/forceful or suddenly realizing you got your period, but there’s one major thing that’s a turn-off for half of women: a messy apartment.
According to a survey conducted by Storage World, 51% of women said that a messy bedroom kills the mood right off the bat. Ouch. Men were much more forgiving, somewhat unsurprisingly, with only 25% not being able to cope with the clutter. It makes sense if you think about it. After all, who wants to get down and dirty in a room that’s, well, filthy? A grown man should be able to clean up after himself—put his laundry in the hamper, throw away his old pizza boxes and beer cans, and generally run a vacuum around the place every once in a while. (To be clear, a grown woman should be able to do this too.)
But what if the dude isn’t “dirty,” per se, but just has a whole lot of stuff? According to the survey participants, 60% of men think they own less stuff than women (and 87% of women agree with them). Of course, having a lot of stuff doesn’t mean your house has to be a pigsty. Hit up Ikea for some boxes or plastic containers and organize your life.
Interestingly enough, 73% of respondents said they were “scared” to discuss their partner’s messiness with them, but then again this study did call solely on British participants, so that’s obviously not true across the board. Bottom line? Everyone should clean up after themselves and have a tidy living space, not just for any potential sexual partners but just for their own peace of mind.

5 HABITS FOR RAPID FAT LOSS

THE BEST KIND OF FAT LOSS IS STEADY FAT LOSS. AND WHILE A SLOW-AND-STEADY APPROACH TO WEIGHT LOSS WILL ENSURE THAT YOU KEEP THE WEIGHT OFF FOR GOOD, I HAVE A FEW TRICKS TO HELP YOU BURN FAT AS FAST AS POSSIBLE.

Rapid Fat Loss Habit #1: Bottoms Up!
It’s not always easy to get to the water cooler or the sink. But if you’re going to shred pounds, you’re going to have to keep a tall glass of water nearby. There are many perks to drinking down plenty of water. Doing this helps you feel fuller, which keeps you from overeating or thinking you’re hungry when you’re actually thirsty.
Drinking water instead of other drinks also keeps you from ingesting additional, unnecessary, and worthless calories. And finally, if your body is going to perform at its peak, it needs to be well hydrated. Drinking plenty of water helps all your bodily functions operate well, which prevents you from holding onto water weight and suffering avoid constipation, while also giving you what you need to push through the final stages of a difficult workout.
Rapid Fat Loss Habit #2: Be a Planner
Like flying by the seat of your pants? Then you’re going to struggle to shave off pounds in a fast or even slow manner. Burning fat fast requires you to be disciplined.
The beginning of discipline is a good plan. Know when you’re going to the gym, how many calories you’re going to eat and what foods the calories will come from, and how you are going to avoid giving in to that tempting piece of chocolate cake. Once you have your plan, you’ve got to do the hard part: stick with it. If you’re willing to do this, your fat stores will burn away in no time.
Rapid Fat Loss Habit #3: Get Intense with Your Routine
Maintaining a steady pace on the treadmill will help you improve your overall health, but it isn’t the best tool for burning fat quickly. To speed up your fat-burning process, you’ll want to add some HIIT into your exercise regimen. During a HIIT (high-intensity interval training) workout, you mingle bursts of intense exercise with lighter exercise.
This could involve running, cycling, swimming, or other aerobic exercises. Whatever exercise you choose to do, do it hard for 30 seconds, take it easy for 60 to 90 seconds, and then go full force again for 30 seconds, repeating the cycle for 30 minutes. You’ll be exhausted when it’s all said and done, a sure sign that you’re burning fat!
Rapid Fat Loss Habit #4: Lift Weights
Think you can burn fat fast by doing nothing but aerobic exercises? You can. But you can do it faster and better by mixing in some weight-lifting sessions. In fact, if you don’t add weight lifting into your regular routine, you may begin to lose muscle. The scale may go down, but if you’re dropping muscle mass, you’re setting yourself up for disaster.
When shooting to burn off fat, nothing helps more than extra muscle. Added muscle helps you feel better and perform tasks of daily living with greater ease, while improving your metabolism and ultimately helping you burn more of that pesky fat!
Rapid Fat Loss Habit #5: Eat Right
You know that what you put in your mouth is either going to fuel you to get through the day or simply add some pudgy inches to your waistline. So choose wisely! Fresh fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and healthy fats all give you the upper hand on burning fat.
But it’s not just the foods you eat. It’s how you eat them. Chew slowly, use a smaller plate, and leave the food dishes in the kitchen. When you’re finished with your plate of food, relax and give your brain time to figure out that your stomach is full. Then take the cue and stop eating. These small steps may seem significant, but they will boost your fat-burning potential exponentially.

he Muslim Rights Concern, (MURIC) have dropped its move to proceed with a lawsuit against rapper, Falz for his video, 'This is Nigeria'.

On June 5, MURIC issued a seven-day ultimatum to Falz, ordering him to take down his music video titled “This is Nigeria” and tender an apology or face legal action.

The ultimatum immediately generated a lot of reactions and criticisms from Nigerians who condemned the group.

In a fresh statement signed by the its director, Professor Ishaq Akintola, and made available on Monday, June 11, the group has now backed down on the threat and would instead report Falz to the appropriate agencies.

The statement by MURIC reads thus in part; “In view of the intervention of well-meaning Nigerians, counselling from several quarters and commitments given by us to those who interfaced with us on this matter, an emergency meeting of MURIC’s Think-Tank was convened on Sunday, June 10, 2018 to review the situation and resolved to drag the artist to government agencies saddled with the responsibility of censoring films and videos.

It is not a U-turn but a sudden change in tactics’.
The Muslim Rights Concern (MURIC) last week resolved to sue Folarin Falana (Falz the Bahd Guy), a Nigerian artist, who produced the video song titled ‘This is Nigeria’ in which a Fulani man was seen beheading somebody.

The video also featured hijab-wearing female choreographers dancing the ‘shaku-shaku’ (a dance associated with drug). A seven-day ultimatum was given for the withdrawal of the video and an apology failing which a legal tussle would be launched.

Our office has since been inundated with solidarity visits, while our telephone lines have been flooded with a deluge of calls from members, friends, well-wishers, journalists and other concerned Nigerians, majority of whom are of the Islamic faith.''

Falz stated he had no plans to take his 'This is Nigeria' video

'Yes, I have seen the statement online, but we have no official response yet, the video is out there and we have no plans to take it down, we will only respond when we get an official letter directly sent to us'', he says.
